These micro-piles were designed after decades of testing with a shape similar to the screw-shaped anchors and rods. Because this manufacturing technology is different to the manufacturing technology for anchors, a shape was designed that in spite of being different to the initial model, has very favourable properties.

Installation of STATIpile is very simple using light technology. Thanks to its shape it transfers the load on it through its 3 shaped wings under an angle into the surrounding substrate. During application the shape cause compression of the surrounding area and so increases the effective diameter of the pile – conical. Friction on the surface of the micro-pile is high thanks to the compression of the surrounding area and the mechanical effect of the wings. The final load on the pile is greatly increased thanks to the above-mentioned conical effect of compression of the surrounding area. The induced load, either compressive or tensile, is equally distributed along the whole length of the pile.

STATIpile is manufactured in a basic length of 1m and Ø 60mm and 100mm. Its installation through the floor or the foundations avoids greater damage to existing structures. If a greater length is necessary it is possible to simply extend the individual piles to the required length by means of screw rods.


STATIpile was originally developed for light repairs to structurally damaged structures, but today we know that it can be very versatile In combination with screw-shaped reinforcing elements the whole system is suitable for use as a standard lintel with piling. However repairs using the Stati-Cal system are fast, simple to perform and low-cost.

When constructing foundations STATIpile can also be used to increase the load bearing capacity of foundations and thanks to the simple application technology its use is simple even on the wettest buildings.

Thanks to its shape STATIpile can also be used under tensile load. This property can be used for stabilising supporting walls, wharfage causeways and where we expect the effects of a tensile component (tents, cranes).
